Technically this Miniature Sheet should not be included in a catalogue as the numbering was printed ON the M/S itself ( bottom left hand corner ) making each and every M/S different. One might argue that the two top stamps can be separated and be considered as ordinary surcharges... I haven't heard or seen anybody actually doing this. If you feel that you should include this in your collection make sure to buy it in its official Post Office presentation wallet as forgeries can be easily done.
