This RARE, probably circa 250 copies existing, English text edition map is in exceptional original colour and measures 35x50 cms. Minor creases to a few areas, otherwise in very fine condition. This early map of Cyprus was drawn by Giacomo Franco and engraved by Joannes Deutecum, with inset of Lemnos. It is from the rare English text edition of 'Theatrum Orbis Terrarum' and included in the 'Additamentum I' and `'Orbis Terrarum'. Price: CyP 1175.00 |
