A beautiful hand-coloured copper engraved map of Cyprus probably from the "Geographia cioč Descrittione Universale Della terra...". This map is engraved by the Italian engraver Girolamo Porro (1520-1606). Two elaborate cartouches and further Latin text on verso. Slight shine through from the text of the previous page. Lower margin cut close to the border frame. Else good condition.
